Specialist Computer Technician

Trainee Computer Technician and IT HelpDesk

Are you wanting to be part of an IT support team that is constantly working to be best-in-class?

3C Tech Shop and Flexible Solutions, Riverina’s leading IT company, is seeking an additional team member to carry out the following duties:

  • Computer hardware maintenance;
  • Printer maintenance;
  • Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OSX operating system support;
  • Microsoft O365 and Google Docs application support;
  • Network troubleshooting;

We require all applicants to have:

  • Desire to be best-in-class;
  • Thirst for knowledge;
  • Empathy with clients;
  • Genuine desire to help clients;

The successful applicant will commence a traineeship or apprenticeship and be required to complete their Certificate III in Information Technology (Network Administration) during the traineeship period. It would be expected that applicants would seek to achieve further certification levels including industry specific certifications thereafter. Further training and ongoing support to achieve these additional certification levels is provided.
