iPhone battery replacements now available at 3C Tech Shop!
3C Tech Shop are your local authorised Apple service location and can provide battery replacement for your iPhone. If your iPhone issue is covered by warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we can replace your battery with an authentic Apple spare part at no charge. Not sure if you’re covered? Come in and see us or Check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPhone serial number.
If your iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the repair, see below.
Your repair options
iPhone battery service pricing*
When you bring your iPhone into 3C tech shop, our Whiz Kids will run a diagnostic test, inspect for any physical damage and search its serial number to check if it’s still in warranty or has AppleCare+ coverage.
- If your device is damage free, failed the diagnostic test and is under warranty the repair will be at no cost.
- If your phone is out of warranty, has no physical damage and failed the diagnostic test, we can replace your battery for $100. This fee is consistent with iPhones 6, 6 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, 7, 7 Plus as for the other devices, we will provide you with a quote you when you bring it in.
If the iPhone has other damage the price will vary depending on the model which will be quoted once the device has been inspected. If the iPhone is found to have Third Party Parts (TPP) such as a battery we are unable to repair the devices as it will be rejected by Apple.
How long will the service take?
We’ll try to fix your iPhone during your visit. In more complex cases, we might need to send it to an Apple Repair Center. If we do, your iPhone will be ready for pickup in approximately one week.
iPhone power issues
Some iPhone power issues are caused by factors other than the battery.
We’ll test your iPhone to see if it has a battery issue or a different power issue. If your iPhone has a non-battery power issue, we’ll give you the repair price after we determine the cause.

*Through December 31, 2018, battery service may be limited to one repair per iPhone. Cost includes labour and parts, providing there are no existing third party modifications. Issues caused by accidental damage aren’t covered under the Apple Limited Warranty. Pricing applies only to battery repairs made by Apple.
