The diagnosis fee is payable upon checking in your Mac at our store.

The diagnosis fee covers our time to determine the fault with your Mac and to then be able to provide you a quote on conducting the repair.

Apple iPhone, iPad & iPod

The diagnosis fee is payable upon checking in your iOS device at our store.

The diagnosis fee covers our time to determine the fault with your iOS device and to then be able to provide you a quote on conducting the repair.

iPhone Repair Prices

iPhone screen replacements and iPhone battery replacements can be performed in our service centre. In some rare cases, the iPhone may need to be sent to Apple if the repair is unable to be successfully completed. A price will be quoted before sending your device to Apple.

iPhone screen and battery replacements have a repair time of 2 hours. It is important that you book your service time with us prior so as to ensure you are without your device for the least amount of time possible!

iPhone screen replacements can only be performed on the iPhone 6s or greater models. Models prior to this will be sent to Apple for repair with a quote provided beforehand. iPhone battery replacements can be performed on any model iPhone.

Apple branded products are covered by Apple’s 1 year limited warranty, the full details of which are here.

When you purchase Apple hardware products, you will receive coverage from the Apple Limited Warranty. You can also obtain additional benefits by purchasing the optional AppleCare Protection Plan or AppleCare+. Pricing and details on AppleCare can be found here.

Should your product be defective, you can choose to make a claim under Australian consumer law, the Apple Limited Warranty or the optional AppleCare Protection Plan or AppleCare+ (whichever is applicable).
